I recently received a card in the mail introducing me to Wag.com. The card offered me $10 off my first order, so of course I had to check it out. Wag.com is an online pet store brought to you by the same people that bring us Soap.com and Diapers.com. I have shopped at Soap.com in the past and have scored some pretty good deals.
Since my bird, Diego, was almost due for a new bag of food, I thought this might be a good way to get him some food for free. Wag was offering his usual food in a 5 lb bag for $9.99; this is close to what I regularly pay at PetsMart or Petco for a 3 lb bag. So it was already a good deal. Throw in the $10 off, and all I had to pay was shipping. Fortunately, I had money in my PayPal account from Big Crumbs (who also offers 1.6% back at Wag) - so the whole thing was free. Shipping was also very fast. I had my order within 24 hours.
In addition to less expensive food, I also found some dog toys that were less expensive than the Amazon price. Their prices look to be well in line or better than other retailers. This is definitely a store you want to check out if you have pets. According to Retail Me Not there are still some $10 off offers so if you didn’t receive an offer in the mail I suggest you try one of those listed there.
